Moviedate: Tekken

I saw the trailer. It's awesome. I can't miss it. I'm definitely watching. But honestly, even if it fails as a movie adaptation of the awesome arcade game, Jon Foo as Jin Kazama is enough reason to go and see it. Jon Foo's got amazing boy-next-door good looks, and as Jin he becomes the next big thing. And he's got skills: he is a Wushu Master. More on him on my next post.

It's also a good thing that the movie has a great casting.

Check this out: first full-trailer of Burlesque starring Cher and Christina Aguilera.

Christina Aguilera will play the role of an ambitious small-town girl with a big voice who eventually finds success in a LA modern burlesque club. This is her first movie and I hope it doesn't fail as much as it did for Mariah Carey and her movie, Glitter. Hopefully, it becomes a hit with the help from Cher.

This is a musical, by the way, but with a very cliche story: think of Coyote Ugly done as a musical. Steven Antin is the director. If the name sounds familiar, that's because he's the brother of Robin Antin, founder of Pussycat Dolls.
